Its marvellous, riverside location was a plus. We ate at a great restaurant with an internationally trained chef who has a passion for organic and locally sourced produce.

Super-friendly personnel on check-out and gave some tips about Trincomalee. The rooms were fashionable and new-fashioned with windows giving a wonderful view to the palm garden and the Jacuzzi with the best view, for instance...

Particularly good breakfast lots of meals.
Nothing to complain about, relaxing stay on vacation. Clean place with very courteous and exceptionally nice staff members and bay views. Marvellous and particularly good location, a short walk to everywhere.

Was a good choice for trip. The room was last to be upgraded for electrics so fan did n't work and available with jacuzzi. It was in a riverside location, in the area of the rooms;))

Opt for the on-site boat to the beach for a relaxing day away from the resort's main area.

Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
The fine lagoon view captivated me, while attentive staff like Priwin and Mayuran made excellent memories. The jacuzzi in my suite offered pure indulgence, and the sunsets were nothing short of magical.
Some amenities showed signs of wear, with a few maintenance issues in my suite. Limited dining options left me wanting more variety in my meals.

The junior suite was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the estuary. I loved the jacuzzi bath, a nice relaxing feature. The room had a lot of natural light, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool area was well-maintained with comfortable loungers and great drink service. Staff like Mr Sri and Mr Mayuran were really good, offering attentive service and always greeting me with a smile. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the local dishes. The road leading to the hotel was a bit bumpy and could use some improvement. I also wished for more dining options . The lack of direct beach access was a downside, although the beach was just a five-minute walk away.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent, and we faced a frustrating hour without water, which limited our use of facilities like the shower and jacuzzi. The pool area had potential for relaxation, but swimming there resulted in some minor injuries due to cuts from the pool surface, and waiting times for dinner were excessively long. While the offered spa treatments like a massage were tempting, the price of $60 for a 60-minute session felt steep compared to other options.

Wow this place is amazin! I was treated like a king. The room was super spacious with a jacuzzi, and i loved chillin by the pool with ice cold beers. Breakfast was yum too, especially the fresh pineapple juice! Staff like thusara and thisalini were the best, super attentive and friendly.
only downside was the wifi was a bit spotty at times and i wish there were more options on the dinner menu.
